If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join our HQ Geneva-based team as a** Sustainability Project Manager**.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will be responsible of overseeing and supporting sustainable practices within the Maison. You will engage with stakeholders, internally and externally, to promote sustainability and build support for the organization’s sustainability efforts.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Provide operational support and guidance to all teams in developing and implementing their sustainability projects portfolios
- Develop and exploit a central system of sustainability data management and intelligence (in link with the ESG reporting of our finance Dpt, with Product Dev teams on LCAs, and with Human Resources on social data)
- Participate to internal/external communications on sustainability
- Represent VAC in HSE Maison and Group projects
- Provide ad-hoc support on on-going sustainability projects

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Master’s degree Engineering or equivalent
- Feel at ease with driving projects and cultural changes in a matrix organization
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a sustainability position, addressing a various scope of ESG topics
- Fluency in spoken and written in French and English, another language is a plus
- Solid personal knowledge of sustainability, ESG and CSR topics
- Excellent communication skills, ability to promote and share information to foster cultural change across the company, and trigger interest
- Reliable organisational skills, ability to oversee a large portfolio of simultaneous projects: planning, coordinating, reviewing progress and tracking results
- Good analytical expertise, at ease with figures and metrics and IT systems to analyse and exploit data.
- Good sense of synthesis, ability to spot key points and present them with clarity
- Enthusiast, collective spirit, willing to help and share, client centric mindset, ability to build valuable stakeholder relationships
- Public-speaking experience on sustainability would be a plus
- Interest for and understanding of the luxury/watchmaking sector
