Rattaché/e au Team Leader Product Engineering, vous êtes responsable des activités suivantes :

  • Participation au développement de nouveaux produits et processus de fabrication.
  • Prise en charge de paquets de tâches tels que l'élaboration de design CAO (posages, instruments, implants), analyses FEA, identification de besoins produits/projets en collaboration avec d'autres départements.
  • Définition et organisation de tests de vérification et validation, identification de worst-cases, rédactions des protocoles et rapports.
  • En charge du laboratoire R&D
  • Travail ponctuel pour la réalisation de prototypes (usinage conventionnel)
  • Rédaction de documents des dossiers techniques (DHF).
  • Implication dans l'analyse de risques.
  • Support technique aux sous-traitants et design for manufacturing.
  • Amélioration continue.

Votre profil :

  • De formation ingénieur/e HES (en possession d'un CFC) à spécialité mécanique, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative d'au moins 5 ans réussie dans le domaine technique au sein d'une équipe développement de produits
  • Une expérience dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux est souhaitée.
  • Vous avez la fibre pratique
  • Doté/e d'un sens prononcé des responsabilités pour atteindre les objectifs dans les délais impartis, vous êtes capable de gérer efficacement plusieurs paquets de tâches simultanément.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux/se, autonome, analytique, collaboratif/ve, et vous savez adapter votre communication en fonction de différents publics cibles en étant factuel, précis et facilement compréhensible.
  • Le travail en équipe vous inspire et votre capacité à proposer des solutions pragmatiques est avérée.
  • Vous parlez et écrivez le Français et l'Anglais couramment. La maitrise de l'Allemand est un plus.
  • Compréhension d'un environnement technique réglementé indispensable (ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
