Verantwortung:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder technische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle, idealerweise in der Bau- oder Baunebenbranche

  • Ausgeprägte Teamführungskompetenzen und die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln

  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, kombiniert mit einer hohen Kontaktstärke

  • Erfahrung in der strategischen Planung, Budgetierung und Marktanalyse

  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift


Qualifikationen:

In der Position des Managing Directors für das Servicecenter West übernimmst du die operative Leitung der gesamten Region und bist massgeblich am weiteren Ausbau der Serviceaktivitäten beteiligt. Du führst ein Team von derzeit 30 Mitarbeitenden und bist für die Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von kurz- und mittelfristigen Plänen verantwortlich. Dazu gehören insbesondere die Planung von Erfolgsrechnungen und Budgets sowie die Entwicklung von Konzepten und Strategien für eine aktive Marktbearbeitung und -betreuung.
