Rolle:

  • Kundenprojekte leiten: Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst Projekte von der Anfrage bis zur Auslieferung.

  • Kundenschnittstelle: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Kunden und stellst eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicher.

  • Qualitätsmanagement: Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Prozessen, idealerweise unter Berücksichtigung von GMP-Richtlinien.

  • Ressourcenmanagement: Du koordinierst interne Teams und stellst sicher, dass alle Ressourcen optimal eingesetzt werden.

  • Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst Projektabläufe und entwickelst Verbesserungen für zukünftige Projekte.

  • Budgetkontrolle: Du behältst die Kosten im Blick und stellst die Einhaltung des Budgets sicher.

  • Berichtswesen: Du erstellst regelmäßige Projektberichte für Kunden und das Management.

  • Risikomanagement: Du erkennst potenzielle Risiken frühzeitig und erarbeitest Lösungsstrategien.


Verantwortung:

  • Abschluss in Technik oder Wirtschaft: z. B. Betriebswirtschafter HF, Techniker HF, Bachelor in Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.

  • Projekterfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Pharmaindustrie.

  • GMP-Kenntnisse: Ein Plus, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.

  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst Dich klar und überzeugend ausdrücken, auch auf Englisch.

  • Analytisches Denken: Du erkennst komplexe Zusammenhänge und findest effiziente Lösungen.

  • Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.

  • IT-Affinität: Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise in Projektmanagement-Tools wie MS Project.
