Deine Verantwortung
  • Du bietest schnelle Unterstützung bei allen IT-bezogenen Anliegen und sorgst so für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Du betreust eine breite Palette von Anwendungen, wie Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Windows-Systeme, People Planner, Unique IQ und Desktop-Umgebungen.
  • Du protokollierst Vorfälle und Serviceanfragen im IT-Service-Management-System, damit diese effizient nachverfolgt und gelöst werden können.
  • Du eskalierst technische Probleme an Second-Line-Support-Teams oder an externe Dienstleister, wenn nötig.
  • Du beteiligst dich an der Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen, Benutzerhandbüchern und Standardbetriebsverfahren.
  • Du unterstützt in IT-Projekten, die auf die Verbesserung der IT-Infrastruktur und -Dienste ausgerichtet sind.
  • Du hilfst bei der Verwaltung von IT-Anlagen, etwa bei der Hardware-Inventarisierung und der Softwarelizenzierung.
Deine Skills
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich mit Schwerpunkt auf Systemtechnik oder IT-Support.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Service-Desk- oder technischen Support-Position.
  • Tiefgehende technische Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Desktop-Umgebungen, Windows-Systemen, Microsoft 365 sowie Anwendungen wie People Planner, Salesforce und Unique IQ.
  • Besitzt die ITIL Foundation-Zertifizierung.
  • Exzellente Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und ein starker kundenorientierter Ansatz.
  • Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, mit Französischkenntnissen.
