Located in Stein, Switzerland our successful CDMO Business Unit Drug Product Services (DPS) currently offers exciting opportunities. Become part of a group that enables its customers to meet some of the greatest challenges in patient treatment and join us by applying for the position as ERP and Master Data Specialist DPS Growth Project, supporting a new sterile Drug product facility. The ERP and Master Data Specialist is responsible for creation and management of new part set-up, recipe, and BOM process and any other associated data objects for the project and 2 other sites. She/He will work in a small team managing any master data related changes in the ERP (SAP) System.

Key responsibilities:
  • Autonomous owner of the Master Data Setup in SAP R3 for several filling lines with global and local support in a fast growing environment
  • Design and modification of BOMs, Recipes, resources, COA Profiles, Inspection Plans and Inspection Characteristics in SAP
  • Actively improve processes and ensure SOPs related to new part set-up, BOM, recipe creations are up to date and usable
  • Creation and maintenance of part codes in SAP (Material Master)
  • In charge of changes required within the SAP system
Key requirements:
  • Strong experience in SAP and MS Office
  • Apprenticeship with strong working experience in the pharmaceutical industry beneficial
  • Significant working experience in Supply Chain in a production environment, preferred in a GMP regulated environment
  • Certification in APICS and/or CPIM would be a plus
  • Capable to adapt and act in a project environment and fast changing business.
  • Fluency in German and English
