Deine Verantwortung
  • Du planst, koordinierst und steuerst Projekte nach agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden (Hermes).
  • Du entwickelst die Produktvision gemeinsam mit dem Business und trägst die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung der Produkt-Roadmap sowie für das Produkt-Backlog.
  • Du analysierst Systemanforderungen und Kundenbedürfnisse, um die Effizienz des Betriebs zu verbessern.
  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung ab der Projektidee bis zum Go-live und der Übergabe in den Betrieb sowie für die Kostenplanung.
Deine Skills
  • Du hast eine höhere Berufsausbildung (BA/MA) auf Stufe Uni/FH oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
  • Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld, was von Vorteil ist.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Projektführung von Entwicklungs- und Infrastrukturprojekten.
  • Du hast eine Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement absolviert, idealerweise mit einer Zertifizierung (IPMA, Hermes oder vergleichbar) und/oder als Scrum Product Owner.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und IT-Fähigkeiten aus.
  • Du bist eine proaktive Teamplayer-Persönlichkeit, lösungsorientiert mit einer hohen Ergebnis-, Service- und Kundenfokussierung.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
