What it's about
As a Fund Financing Professional, you play an important role in Partners Group’s Fund Financing team in Zug or London. The team is responsible for developing financing solutions for Partners Group's investment structures and funds, including subscription-backed credit facilities, bespoke investment specific financing solutions, credit facilities for evergreen investment structures and implementation of letters of credit. Your tasks will include:
Structuring and negotiating financings across different products and asset classes Maintaining and expanding relationships with lenders, law firms and peers Working with senior team members on day-to-day transactions Liaising with portfolio managers to develop bespoke financing solutions Formal and informal training of internal stakeholders Leading team initiatives and proactively identifying areas for improvement .newspaper { h1 { font-size: 250%; font-family: Lato;} h2 { font-size: 200%;} p { font-size: 100%;} What we expect7+ years of fund financing and/or capital markets experience in a leading bank, asset management firm or law firm Proven track record of structuring and negotiating financings across different products and asset classes Excellent understanding of the fund financing markets including understanding of various products (e.g. subscription lines, NAV facilities, etc.) and execution processes Understanding and negotiating experience of facility documentation, ideally in more than one markets (Americas, Asia and Europe) and asset classes Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure Network in the private markets' community, among lenders, GPs and law firms Team worker with self-drive and a strong desire to contribute and make a difference
