GSCF offers innovative and cost-efficient solutions to leading banks, large suppliers and their buyers worldwide through its in-house developed SCF platform.

To support our Legal & Compliance team, we are looking for an experienced and highly dynamic: Legal & Compliance Manager

Tasks
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements relevant to the GSCF group’s business both as a servicer and as a fronting funder, e.g., master services agreements, receivables purchase agreements, trade payables financing agreements, data processing agreements
- Liaise with external local lawyers to assess legal, regulatory and tax implications of rendering services and/or implement SCF programs in different jurisdictions
- Support with preparation of corporate and transaction documentation and monitoring GSCF group agreements
- Support the Legal & Compliance team in implementing and monitoring GSCF group’s domestic and international legal and compliance obligations
- Maintain legal and compliance records, trackers and handle the associated administrative tasks
- Provide functional and administrative support to the team
- Participate actively in meetings, while ensuring efficient internal and external communications arising from said meetings
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Support enquiries regarding any legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ensure proper coordination and communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Management and administration of legal and compliance templates
- Continuously improve the management and administration of contracts (templates, handling of versioning, execution, filing management)
- Reporting directly to the Head Legal & Compliance, this role requires working closely with Management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law, graduated from an EU or Swiss university. LL.M is an asset
- Minimum 5 years experience as an in-house lawyer or in private practice exposed to corporate and financing matters. Knowledge of or experience in the SCF industry is an asset
- Compliance experience is an asset
- Excellent command of English and German (written and oral)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to provide sound legal and compliance advice while understanding the business needs and risks
- Able to prioritize tasks based upon deadlines and level of importance
- Very organized, precise, and thorough
- Ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Professional, solution-orientated, and trustworthy
