Deine Rolle als Product Manager Als Product Manager bist du für einen spezifischen Produktbereich verantwortlich und treibst dessen Strategie, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung voran - immer mit Blick auf Unternehmensziele und Kundenbedürfnisse. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Erfolg deines Produktbereichs und sorgst dafür, dass er messbare Ergebnisse liefert und das Wachstum des Unternehmens vorantreibt. Deine Aufgaben: Produktstrategie & Vision: Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung einer Strategie, die unser App-Ökosystem nutzt, um Wachstum zu fördern - im Einklang mit Unternehmenszielen und Kundenbedürfnissen Roadmapping: Erstellung und Kommunikation einer klaren Roadmap, die langfristige Strategie mit kurzfristigen Prioritäten verbindet KPI-Verantwortung: Definition, Monitoring und Auswertung relevanter Erfolgskennzahlen zur Steuerung von Engagement und Entscheidungen Anforderungsmanagement: Strukturierung und Dokumentation von Stakeholder-Bedürfnissen - mit Balance zwischen Business, User Experience und technischer Machbarkeit Discovery: Analyse von Nutzerbedürfnissen, Markttrends und Stakeholder-Inputs, um Chancen zu identifizieren und Hypothesen für die Produktentwicklung abzuleiten Umsetzung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering-Team, insbesondere dem Squad Lead - von der Übersetzung der Anforderungen in User Stories bis zur termingerechten Lieferung Release & Learn: Betreuung von Releases, Erfolgsmessung anhand KPIs, Auswertung von Feedback und kontinuierliche Optimierung Growth-Experimente: Konzeption, Durchführung und Analyse von Experimenten (z. B. A/B-Tests, Funnel-Optimierung, Retention-Massnahmen), um die effektivsten Hebel für Nutzerwachstum zu identifizieren und zu skalieren Zusammenarbeit: Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams (Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales) über den gesamten Produkt-Lifecycle hinweg Kommunikation: Du bist das Gesicht deines Produktbereichs und sorgst durch klare Kommunikation von Strategie, Roadmap und Ergebnissen für Transparenz im Unternehmen 👉 Neugierig auf die Rolle als Product Manager bei Bring Labs?
