Organization & analytical approach are not just words for you but you “live” them and like to be a support all-rounder? - Then apply to us as:Sales Support Consultant (m/w/d) Level A (Administrate Assistant) / Permanent / Fulltime 40h / Starting 01.10.2025internal title: Sales Excellence ExecutiveKey ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Managers in sales strategy (Channel Distribution) in their area of responsibilityServe as internal & external point of contact for all customer support mattersAdvise / review fares for clients (e.g., travel agencies, companies) and check loading in GDS (Global Distribution System) is correctManage and expand our customer base (SME / Business Plus), including sales supportWork closely with our central customer care service center in Krakow (CCD), with our Business Insights Analysts (Internal Pricing Team) and with our Fare Loading Department (MSC Mumbai Service Center)Provide regular reports and updates between Account Managers and the CCD service centerCreate (ad hoc) analyses and reports, e.g., on revenue accounting for agents/travel agenciesDeliver internal & external training materialsAssist Account Managers with fare increases (Corporate Fares)Monitor regional B2B site, Cathay Agents in GermanMaintain the SFA (Sales Force Automation) system in SalesforceCreate B2B communication tools such as FAQs, flyers, presentations, etc.Review complaints (ADMs – Agent Debit Memos) for incorrect bookings or refundsHandle non-commercial ticketsRequest tickets for senior management for flights with SWISSCollaborate closely with IOM (International Organization for Migration) and MSC when booking flights for refugeesAny other reasonable task as requestedRequirementsAt least 3–4 years of experience in sales support/account management or in sales in generalExperience in the travel industry, e.g., travel agencies, airlines, etc.Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from dataExcellent GDS knowledgeGerman mother tongue, fluent in English; French desired, and any additional language is a plusHighly organized, structured, and able to work independentlyA team player who stays calm under pressure and thinks outside the boxEnjoys creative tasks and remains flexible for the challenges the world presentsWillingness to travel within Europe for team meetings/eventsPersonal & Application InformationSounds exciting to you and perhaps exactly what you are looking for?
