**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain **strong relationships** with both new and existing clients.
- **Drive business growth** by identifying leads and collaborating with colleagues to maximize opportunities across FinTech and banking sectors.
- Build **a pipeline of top IT talent** through innovative sourcing methods such as headhunting, networking, and referrals.
- ** 3+ years** of proven experience in recruitment and business development.
- Strong **knowledge of the IT industry**, tools, and technologies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales-driven and achievement-oriented mindset.
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
