Join the dynamic Front Design & Enablement within the Global Front Initiatives team, as a Project Manager with the responsibility to further develop and drive the Front organisation design strategy in close collaboration with the various stakeholders in the Bank – with the goal to support the Bank’s growth ambitions.YOUR CHALLENGEContribute to projects, enablement initiatives and activities that address the Front operating modelActively leverage data analytics to manage Front enablement projects from planning and concept development to driving the implementation and roll-outPlay an active role in implementing globally applicable Front guiding principlesEnsure close alignment/ sounding with Front representatives, specialists and stakeholders across the organisation to define strategic priorities supporting the establishment of optimal team setups and Front role profilesAlign design and enablement activities with goals for the Front teams and drive implementation with trainings and Front-oriented communication measuresSupport the preparation for Front Design Board meetingsManage ad-hoc tasks related to Front Design & Enablement team scopeYOUR PROFILEUniversity degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline3+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably working on projects related to Front Office which also include various HR topicsGood knowledge of the private banking industry – good understanding of Front perspectiveGood strategic, conceptual and organisational skills with experience in project management and business analysis affinityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsTeam-oriented and enjoying collaborating with diverse stakeholders, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcomeA structured workstyle, strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressureCritical thinking and strong problem-solving skillsFluent English skills, German nice to haveThe ability to visualize complex data and information using MS OfficeWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
