Join the dynamic Front Design & Enablement within the Global Front Initiatives team, as a Project Manager with the responsibility to further develop and drive the Front organisation design strategy in close collaboration with the various stakeholders in the Bank – with the goal to support the Bank's growth ambitions YOUR CHALLENGE

• Contribute to projects, enablement initiatives and activities that address the Front operating model

• Actively leverage data analytics to manage Front enablement projects from planning and concept development to driving the implementation and roll-out

• Play an active role in implementing globally applicable Front guiding principles

• Ensure close alignment/ sounding with Front representatives, specialists and stakeholders across the organisation to define strategic priorities supporting the establishment of optimal team setups and Front role profiles

• Align design and enablement activities with goals for the Front teams and drive implementation with trainings and Front-oriented communication measures

• Support the preparation for Front Design Board meetings

• Manage ad-hoc tasks related to Front Design & Enablement team scope

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably working on projects related to Front Office which also include various HR topics

• Good knowledge of the private banking industry – good understanding of Front perspective

• Good strategic, conceptual and organisational skills with experience in project management and business analysis affinity

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Team-oriented and enjoying collaborating with diverse stakeholders, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcome

• A structured workstyle, strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

• Fluent English skills, German nice to have

• The ability to visualize complex data and information using MS Office
