Responsibilities Contribute to projects, enablement initiatives and activities that address the Front operating model Actively leverage data analytics to manage Front enablement projects from planning and concept development to driving the implementation and roll-out Play an active role in implementing globally applicable Front guiding principles Ensure close alignment/sounding with Front representatives, specialists and stakeholders across the organisation to define strategic priorities supporting the establishment of optimal team setups and Front role profiles Align design and enablement activities with goals for the Front teams and drive implementation with trainings and Front-oriented communication measures Support the preparation for Front Design Board meetings Manage ad-hoc tasks related to Front Design & Enablement team scope Qualifications University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably working on projects related to Front Office which also include various HR topics Good knowledge of the private banking industry – good understanding of Front perspective Good strategic, conceptual and organisational skills with experience in project management and business analysis affinity Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Team-oriented and enjoying collaborating with diverse stakeholders, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcome A structured workstyle, strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills Fluent English skills, German nice to have The ability to visualize complex data and information using MS Office We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
