Your role As Professor of International Business and Academic Director of the MSc in International Business, you will provide academic and strategic leadership for one of the School's flagship, FT-ranked programs. Together with an experienced team, you will shape the program's future - academically, pedagogically, and internationally. As a member of the Department of International Business leadership team, you will also contribute to the department's and the School's strategic development. You willlead the program team with inspiring leadership, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellencedrive the MSc IB's strategic development and strengthen its global positioningensure academic quality, innovation, and impactcontribute to teaching and research, focusing on international, intercultural, and digital dimensions Your profile a PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldsuccessful teaching and program development experience at the university level, ideally in an international or FT-ranked environmentleadership experience and the ability to inspire and develop teams with clarity and trusta strong record of scholarly publications and demonstrable impact in both academia and practicerelevant professional experience outside academia, ideally in business or in an international organizationexcellent English proficiency (C2) and good German (C1 or willingness to achieve it)high level of personal responsibility, organizational talent, and enthusiasm for shaping a forward-looking academic institution This is what we stand for Das bieten wir an Wir bieten hochschulgerechte Arbeits- und Anstellungsbedingungen an und fördern aktiv die Personalentwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden und Führungspersonen.
