La mission
Dans le cadre de sa croissance, notre client recherche un(e) Office Manager polyvalent(e), véritable "couteau suisse", pour soutenir les associés dans leurs activités quotidiennes et contribuer à la réussite de leurs projets. Le ou la candidat(e) sélectionné(e) sera en charge de :
- Assurer les opérations de Middle Office et Back Office
- Gérer les rendez-vous clients et participer à la prospection commerciale
- Suivre et entretenir les relations avec les partenaires stratégiques
- Contribuer au développement de nouveaux projets et initiatives
- Organiser des événements thématiques ou de loisirs pour les clients et partenaires
- Gérer les agendas des associés et assurer une coordination fluide des activités
Le profil recherché
Compétences et expériences souhaitées :
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en milieu bancaire, dans un Family Office ou dans un poste similaire
- Connaissances solides en immobilier, en bourse, private equity et fonds d’investissement
- Autonomie, rigueur, et excellent sens de l’organisation
- Compétence relationnelle avérée pour interagir avec des clients et partenaires de haut niveau
- Esprit d’initiative et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement en pleine croissance
Les modalités
- Type de contrat : CDI
- Prise de poste : Dès que possible
- Rémunération : Package compétitif selon profil et expérience
- Fixe annuel : Entre 50kCHF et 80kCHF sur 12 mois
- Variable annuel : Jusqu’à 15kCHF
- Package ajusté en fonction du profil et de l’expérience
- Télétravail : Partiel, à définir
- Localisation : Genève
