Au poste de « Sales Services Specialist », vous serez en charge du support opérationnel et de la gestion de toute la partie administrative de la Force de Vente pour le marché Suisse de Nestlé. Une journée dans la vie d'un(e) Sales Services Specialist Assurer et entretenir une communication efficace avec les clients pour renforcer les relations commerciales (téléphone, e-mail, visites). Aider les Key Account Managers à la gestion des activités opérationnelles, y compris la planification annuelle des activités commerciales, la gestion de l'assortiment et la planification promotionnelle, tout en fournissant des rapports et des analyses. Fournir des informations précises et ponctuelles sur les activités commerciales, telles que les remises hors facture et les provisions. Assurer un suivi fiable et un reporting des dépenses TTS et du processus de facturation pour garantir le respect des conditions établies. Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations dans les processus de vente et les outils pour obtenir des bénéfices tangibles. Vos atouts pour réussir Première expérience opérationnelle dans des rôles d'administration, de vente ou de Supply Chain. Maîtrise du français, niveau B1 minimum en allemand et l'anglais est un atout.
