Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Kunden und intern
  • Definition von Projekten
  • Erarbeiten von Projektplänen
  • Komplette Projektführung und -abwicklung inkl. Dokumentation
  • Erstellen von Basisdokumenten / Nutzungs- und Betriebskonzepten / Dienstleistungsausschreibungen
  • Entwickeln von Prozessen / Implementierung der Konzepte auf dem Mandat
  • Sicherstellen des Know-how Transfers innerhalb Projekte wie auch zwischen Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Weitere Aufgaben/Tätigkeiten ergeben sich aus dem Aufgabenbereich

    Ihr Profil:
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement min. 5 Jahre
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten / Integrative Arbeitsweise
  • Entscheidungsfreudigkeit, Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Fähigkeit zur Abstraktion, Standardisierung bei starkem Praxisbezug
  • Eine pragmatisch-effiziente Umsetzungsmentalität und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Hoher Anspruch an die eigene Leistungsfähigkeit, ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
