**FM Coordinator**
**Job Purpose**
To provide assistance for all internal and external customers as one of the first points of contact within the company
To provide support in all matters concerning Facility Management (FM), Health Safety Environment (HSE), Real Estate (RE)and Securitty to provide event support
**Your Tasks & Responsibilities**
Facility Management
- Assist with the implementation of the FM Strategy and carrying out tasks as assigned via WAVE
- To be SPOC (single point of contact) for the assigned service providers; to organise the relevant checks and controls, etc; maintain an overview of all the suppliers; to be responsible for the coordination and competent implementation of the relevant facility services and to assist with the monitoring and reviewing of the service contracts annually.
- To deputise for colleagues and their SPOCs in their absence, maintaining an overview of all the suppliers.
- To supervise the maintenance programme (technical installations, etc) and ensure the tasks under the preventative maintenance plan are carried out in time and are regularly controlled.
- To be responsible for helping to run the daily business within FM
- Support, including assisting in all matters concerning furniture, materials and equipment (delivery, storage, installation, repair, maintenance, relocation and correct disposal) within set time limits.
- Organise churns either internally or with a service provider, including planning relocations / rearrangement of offices (in alignment with FM guidelines and employees).
Security
- To assist with the Crisis Management Concept, participate in any relevant training and to perform the assigned tasks in an emergency or training exercise.
- To help ensure the security of the site (in compliance with established safety & security practice).
- To act upon and report any incidents that may present a safety or security issue.
HSE and Sustainability
- Help ensure BCC AG provides a clean and healthy working environment; help ensure the safety of all employees and visitors on site; help protect property from damage; help ensure the reputation and stability of the company is maintained in respect to HSE, FM, RE and Security.
- Help ensure safety of the site (in compliance with established HSE and sustainability practices), supporting emergency response plans for the offices (with the necessary training, exercises, etc) to ensure the safety of all employees, visitors and property from any kind of damage.
- To assist with the Crisis Management Concept, participate in any relevant training and to perform the assigned tasks in an emergency or training exercise.
Project Management
- Assist with relevant FM projects, as required.
- Coordinate and align with external service providers during refurbishments, relocations etc, where necessary.
General Administration & Services Management
- Help ensure external service providers daily service is carried out as required.
- To help organize and further develop vendor / contract management in your relevant fields, coordinating with Procurement concerning the annual vendors sourcing, bidding, contracting and performance management, developing selection criteria and tender content, when necessary.
Event and Technical Support
- To support the organistion and coordination of inhouse events, in alignment with FM colleagues, in close collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Set up of the meeting rooms as required
**Who you are**
- Education: good general education and/or tradesman's profession
- Languages: English and German
- Computer skills essential
- Experience: in FM (or similar field) expected
- Competencies: technical knowledge
