  • Zum Herzstück: Als RTE koordinierst und leitest du die Aktivitäten des ARTs, um sicherzustellen, dass die Teams effektiv zusammenarbeiten und die Geschäftsziele erreicht werden.
  • Die Koordination der PI Planning Events liegt in deiner Hand. Du sorgst dafür, dass alle agilen Teams des ARTs im Takt bleiben, räumst Hindernisse aus dem Weg und stellst die Synchronisation zwischen den Teams sicher.
  • Du förderst kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserungen und etablierst Best Practices um sicherzustellen, dass agile Prinzipien tief in den Prozessen verankert sind und gelebt werden.
  • Du baust Brücken zwischen Teams und Stakeholdern und sorgst für Transparenz über den Fortschritt und die Herausforderungen des ARTs.
  • Als RTE bist du bestens vernetzt. Mit anderen RTEs und dem Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), um die übergreifende Koordination sicherzustellen. 
  • Risiken identifizierst du frühzeitig und entwickelst clevere Strategien zur Risikominderung. 
  • Als Coach und Mentor unterstützt du unsere Scrum Master und Product Owner, förderst die Selbstorganisation sowie eine Kultur des Lernens und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
Das bringst du mit
  • Das Wichtigste zuerst: Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer senioren agilen Führungsrolle, idealerweise als RTE in einem fachlich komplexen Umfeld und verfügst über ein hohes technisches Verständnis.
  • Du bist SAFe-Profi mit entsprechender Zertifizierung als SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE). Das i-Tüpfelchen: Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Einführung von SAFe oder der Begleitung einer agilen Transformation.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich - wir sind offen für deine individuelle Karrieregeschichte.
  • Erfahrung im Versicherungs- oder Gesundheitswesen ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Es fällt dir leicht, über Organisationsgrenzen hinweg und über alle Stufen (vom Scrum Team bis zur Konzernleitung) zu führen und effektiv zu kommunizieren.
  • Deine emotionale Intelligenz ist hoch und du investierst in ein gutes Beziehungsnetzwerk.
