In order to complete its Admission s team, X Alpes is looking to recruit an Admissions Clinic Les Alpes is a care facility whose main purpose is to take care and support with addiction problems (alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, ...) and mental health Clinic is settled in the Swiss Alps with a majestuous view on the lake and the mountains. Admissions as soon as possibleActivity 100% Summary responsibilities:Reporting to the Head of department, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Constantly offer professional, friendly, and engaging serviceProviding courteous and efficient telephone services including message takingCollecting & maintaining on the clinic and surrounding areaCompleting an daily Special List and forwarding to colleaguesPerforming general office dutiesEnsuring the safety and well-being of our guests and co-workers by maintaining a knowledge of crisis and emergency proceduresEnsuring inter-departmental and in the interest of better guest the phone for the general inquiries and more specifically the admission inquiriesTaking daily minutes Profile :Fluent in French and English (written and spoken, C1)Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environmentA minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar environmentDegree/Diploma X Management, a strong assetBeing a good in Microsoft Windows an assetMust possess a professional interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableProactive with a meticulous eye for detailAbility to work well under pressureAbility to focus on guest needs, remaining calm X be flexible in terms X hours and daysReady to 2 weekends per month  If you wish to apply,please send us by email your complete (cover letter, CV, photo, & HR department.
