Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Coordinator to join our team at Clinic Les Alpes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-desk operations, and ensuring a seamless admission experience for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests, including telephone support and accurate message taking.
  • Maintain information on the clinic and surrounding area.
  • Complete an accurate daily Special Attention List and forward it to relevant colleagues.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone inquiries and taking minutes.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken, level C1).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly responsible, reliable, and proactive individual with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor when dealing with guest needs.
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours and days, with a willingness to work weekends as required.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary and benefits package, reflecting the region's cost of living. The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 - $75,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
