We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Clinic Les Alpes. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients and visitors. This includes handling telephone inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and performing general office duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and interactions
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, to support the admissions process
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications
- A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in terms of working hours and days. You will be expected to work a minimum of 2 weekends per month.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
