We are seeking a versatile Receptionist (m/f/d) - part-time Your tasks: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and staff Manage the visitor management system, including check-in procedures and badge issuance Answer and manage Facility Tickets Book and prepare customer meeting rooms Distribute and manage Lunch Cards Distribute a pool car Manage a shuttle bus Order and manage access/driveway tickets Order kitchen supplies General reception tasks Distribute and manage lockers Organize the yearly maintenance and services Monitor the technical facilities Management of storage rooms Handle incoming calls, routing them appropriately and taking messages when necessary Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare conference facilities Support basic administrative tasks as needed Maintain the reception area in a neat, organized, and presentable condition Monitor building access and security systems during reception hours Support internal communications as directed by management Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Customer service orientation Computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications Good problem-solving skills and practical approach to challenges Flexibility to prioritize between reception What you can expect from us You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
