We are seeking a versatile

Receptionist
(m/f/d) - part-time

Your tasks:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and staff
  • Manage the visitor management system, including check-in procedures and badge issuance
  • Answer and manage Facility Tickets
  • Book and prepare customer meeting rooms
  • Distribute and manage Lunch Cards
  • Distribute a pool car
  • Manage a shuttle bus
  • Order and manage access/driveway tickets
  • Order kitchen supplies
  • General reception tasks
  • Distribute and manage lockers
  • Organize the yearly maintenance and services
  • Monitor the technical facilities
  • Management of storage rooms
  • Handle incoming calls, routing them appropriately and taking messages when necessary
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare conference facilities
  • Support basic administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat, organized, and presentable condition
  • Monitor building access and security systems during reception hours
  • Support internal communications as directed by management

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
  • Good problem-solving skills and practical approach to challenges
  • Flexibility to prioritize between reception
