N'hésitez plus et rejoignez notre équipe en participant à la satisfaction de nos utilisateurs Lieu DG & Centre de Services / SION Secteur Informatique Taux d'occupation 100% Délai de postulation ExigencesVotre mission : Fournir un service de support par téléphone et sur le terrain aux utilisateurs ; résoudre les demandes de support du 1 erniveau selon les SLA ; contribuer à la satisfaction durable des clients ; faire le lien entre le support de 2 èmeet 3 èmeniveau ; participer aux mises en production de divers projets IT ; contribuer à la maintenance du parc informatique de l'Hôpital du Valais ; créer et mettre à jour la documentation pour les utilisateurs -trices ; former et coacher les utilisateurs sur les systèmes et applications.Votre profil : CFC d'informaticien-ne ou médiamaticien-ne ou formation jugée équivalente ; 2-3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire ou dans un Callcenter ; connaissances des solutions Microsoft ; connaissances de ITIL, Atlassian Confluence, Service-Now un plus ; bonne capacité de communication et d'écoute ; capable à travailler dans un environnement hautement dynamique ; sens de la collaboration marqué et force-vive ; de langue maternelle française avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand et de l'anglais.Entrée en fonction : De suite ou à convenirundefined
