Übernimm alle sechs Monate in neuen Projekten die Verantwortung und bringe innovative Lösungsvorschläge. Dein Traineeship startet im Kernkraftwerk Beznau (KKB) in der Abteilung Elektrotechnik, das zweite und dritte kannst du dir frei nach deinen Präferenzen innerhalb Axpo Group (inkl. unserer Tochterfirma CKW) aussuchen. Der optimale Start für deine berufliche Zukunft  Das Traineeship startet am 1. April 2026 und ist befristet auf 18 Monate mit der Option auf eine Festanstellung. Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten Du trägst mit deinem technischen Know-How zu einer sicheren Stromproduktion und -versorgung bei Axpo bei. Du leistest während des Traineeships einen aktiven Beitrag zum Daily Business und übernimmst Verantwortung ab Tag eins – die Projekte erstrecken sich beispielsweise von Engineering, Re-engineering, Entwickeln von Apps über Analysieren und Digitalisieren. Arbeite an Innovationsprojekten und gestaltete unsere Prozesse digitaler und agiler. Starte dein erstes Assignment in der Abteilung Elektrotechnik des Kernkraftwerks Beznau. Das Team ist verantwortlich für die operative IT, analoge und digitale Leittechnik, Mess- und Regeltechnik, Schaltanlagen Nieder- bis Hochspannung, und vieles mehr. Profil & Anforderungen Hochschulabschluss in Elektrotechnik, IT oder Physik (Abschluss innerhalb der letzten zwei Jahren) Ausgesprochenes Interesse an der Energiebranche, insbesondere Kraftwerkstechnologien Erste Berufserfahrungen als Praktikant:in oder Werkstudent:in Gutes analytisches und vernetztes Denken und du bringst Interesse an agilen Methoden mit Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Proaktivität und Teamplayer Einwandfreier Leumund gem. eidg. Sicherheitsprüfung (PSP) Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch Über das Team Du wirst Teil von der 19. Axpo Group Traineegeneration. Triff dich regemässig zu Veranstaltungen, sei es Mittagessen oder sogar zu Besuchen von Kraftwerken. Du arbeitest in einer internationalen, offenen und kollaborierenden Arbeitsatmosphäre und leistet einen wertvollen Beitrag für die Zukunft. Das innovative Umfeld spornt uns an, eigene Ideen einzubringen, unser Wissen über die Energiebrache weiter auszubauen und gemeinsam Grosses zu erreichen.
