- For our Global IP department in Zurich, we are looking for a**PATENT ATTORNEY TRAINEE (M/F/d) 100%**

The ability to balance knowledge of intellectual property law against commercial requirements and technology expertise is a prerequisite for success.
- Under the supervision of a Senior IP Counsel who is a qualified European Patent Attorney, you will gain the know-how and experience to become a patent attorney and prepare for the European Qualifying Examination at the EPO.

**Exciting Challenges**
- Preparing opposition and appeal briefs, drafting legal opinions, and counseling internal personnel regarding IP matters.
- Providing support to IP Counsels and Head IP in day-to-day patent matters.
- Continuous further education on IP matters to assure quality and up-to-date knowledge on laws and procedures.

**We Need Your Skills**
- MSc or BSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Sciences with knowledge of Polymer Chemistry
- Strong motivation and interdisciplinary interest in the intersection of innovation, technology, and law
- Fluency in English and German
