Apply now to launch your career and create real impact for patients worldwide. #FutureofLabcorp About the Team: The Project Management Office (PMO) department is looking for an intern to support the team in implementing, improving, and standardizing programs and projects reporting tools related to Laboratory Capital investments and Laboratory projects updates. Internship Assignment Summary: Understand and analyze business needs. Participate in workshops and discussions with stakeholders involved in reporting solutions. Conduct an assessment of existing dashboards and identify necessary improvements. Optimize, streamline, and industrialize the Power BI dashboard used to monitor Capital Investments and project KPIs. Implement changes in Power BI and update projects reporting tools. Build Power BI dashboards for programs’ reporting. Support the PMO team in its recurring reporting activities. Education/Qualifications/Skills: You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party. Preferably a student in engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in project management, data, or information systems. Initial experience (internship, academic project, or work-study) in project management is a plus. Proficiency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Teams). Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Project is strongly recommended. Ability to formalize processes and familiarity with Lean Management principles is appreciated. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset. Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues. Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership.
