Project Coordinator

**Your tasks****: - Support business transformation project management with their activities in accordance with the TranS/4mation framework, standards and processes - Ensure project and workstream level planning is in line with the planning principles and standards - Coordinate project administration requirements, including project working locations, hotel, meeting organization, hardware & tools provisioning (incl. physical & system access) as well as setting up reports and running them regularly - On-boarding and induction of team members; adapting on-boarding materials and induction packs for project team members in alignment with the program office / project handbook - Maintain the information repositories (i.e. SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, etc.); ensure that project documents and artefacts follow the document governance and are stored in the respective repositories and not off-line in individual CU / 3rd Party locations - Support the project managers with the tracking and management of project actions, decisions, assumptions, and dependencies and where appropriate their impact upon the plan - Prepare periodic reports for cost, resource, and plan tracking on project level - Ensure, analyze, review and follow up off weekly reporting outcomes (e.g. time writing reporting, etc.) - Support project events including cost tracking, organization of venues / facilities / equipment, administrative support before and during the events. **Your profile****: - Existing PMO or assistant experience - Flexible and fast learner - Good communication & mediation skills **Benefits**: - Clear vision and purpose- "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
