Celanese Engineered Materials (EM) is seeking an Application Development Specialist to actively support our Industrial and Consumer Business in DACH area. The individual will be working with our customers to develop novel and differentiated solutions to promote and grow Engineered Materials sales in Industrial applications, starting with Building & Construction applications and evolving in markets such as Furniture. Purpose and Summary of position :  Identify and commercialize growth opportunities for our Engineered Materials portfolio in the Industrial and Consumer markets. Lead the application development process. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technical and Sales teams as necessary to drive new growth opportunities and extensions to successful commercialization.
