Projektverantwortung im internationalen Umfeld – moderne Arbeitswelten gestalten Für ein global tätiges Unternehmen mit Fokus auf innovative Arbeitsplatzgestaltung und gewerbliche Innenausbauprojekte suchen wir eine engagierte und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Bauprojektleitung – insbesondere im Bereich Fit-out / Innenausbau von Gewerbeflächen . Sie übernehmen die operative Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Projekte von der Planungskoordination bis zur Übergabe, agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Kund:innen, Subunternehmern und internen Teams und tragen wesentlich zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung moderner Arbeitsumgebungen bei. Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig, umsetzungsstark, kundenorientiert Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Innenausbauprojekten für internationale Unternehmenskunden Leitung von Projektmeetings und Baustellenbesichtigungen mit Kund:innen, Planungsbeteiligten und Gewerken Koordination aller Projektphasen im Bereich Delivery – von Ausschreibung und Vergabe bis zur finalen Abnahme Kontrolle des Projektfortschritts inkl. Terminplanung, Risikomanagement und Kostenkontrolle Pflege der Projektdokumentation und Qualitätssicherung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Tools und Standards Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Kundenterminen und Projektpräsentationen Ihr Profil – erfahren, strukturiert, zweisprachig 5–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bau- oder Projektleitung, idealerweise im gewerblichen Innenausbau (Fit-out) Fundierte Erfahrung in der Koordination von Subunternehmern über alle Projektphasen hinweg Ausbildung im Bereich Bauleitung, Innenarchitektur, Architektur oder Baumanagement (FH, HF oder gleichwertig) Vertraut im Umgang mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. MS Project, Procore, Axxerion o. ä.) Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind zwingend erforderlich Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung Selbstständige, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf termingerechte Projektabwicklung Interesse an innovativen Arbeitsplatzlösungen und modernen Planungsansätzen #LI-DM1
