Per conto di un nostro cliente ricerchiamo: Requisiti Graduated in Business Administration, Management or similar.Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, in audit firms or structured companies, (industrial company is a plus)Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).Optimal knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.Knowledge of management accounting, profitability analysis, cost analysis, and cost allocation methodologies.Highly IT-savvy, proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (experience with SAP 4HANA, SAP BPC and Cognos is an advantage) Compiti Controlling:Provide leadership in the accounting, controls, compliance and reportingEnd of the year documentation preparation for external auditors. External auditors supporton demand for documentation and explanations.Manage monthly reporting by performing variance analysis between budget and actual andidentify root causes in case of deviations from budgetBudgets preparation, comparison with actual resultsSupport in the preparation of IFRS packages for Consolidation purposesReporting:Support in the production of analytic reports to the managementStatistics on profitabilityPreparation of company data for external presentationsPreparation of company data for due diligencesReconcile IFRS result with management report resultProject Management:Support in the implementation of the ERP system (SAP 4HANA)
