On Lead Technology Product Manager

Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap that aligns with our company goals and the needs of our global team.• Deeply Understand Our Users: Become the expert on the needs of On employees. Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities for AI to enhance productivity, knowledge sharing, and connection.• Lead the Team: Lead and inspire a dedicated, cross-functional team of software engineers, ML engineers, data scientists, training designers and internal communications experts. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, guiding the team from ideation to launch and beyond.• Measure Success: Work with analytics to define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to measure the adoption and impact AI is having within On employees. Use data-driven insights to iterate and evolve how we bring AI into On’s workforce, ensuring we are always delivering value.• Execute with Excellence: Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes. Work closely with your team to deliver high-quality, impactful AI features that delight our users.• Collaborate and Communicate: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, from leadership to individual teams. Communicate your product vision, strategy, and progress with clarity and passion, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the company.• Adoption and training: Evangelise the use of AI-powered tools and processes and train users for this.Your Story • Proven Product Leadership: 6+ years of product management experience, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling products.• AI/ML Expertise: A deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape, with hands-on experience building and launching AI-powered products. You are passionate about the potential of AI to transform user experiences.• Technical Acumen: You have a strong technical background and are comfortable diving into technical discussions with engineers.
