Lead Technology Product Manager - Planning Technology In short As the Product Manager Tech for Planning, you will be at the heart of On’s operational engine. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for the suite of technology products that power our global supply chain and business planning processes. Your mission This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and product leadership. You will work side‑by‑side with external vendors and internal engineering and data science teams to drive our planning capabilities forward. This is not a project management role; you will be the product leader, responsible for defining the "what" and "why", and inspiring your partners to deliver transformative solutions. Define the Vision: Own and articulate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy for our next‑generation planning platform. Drive the Roadmap: Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap based on company strategy, user research, and data‑driven insights. Lead Vendor Partnerships: Lead and manage relationships with external technology vendors, driving their roadmaps and ensuring they deliver solutions that meet On’s high standards. Think Beyond the System: Go beyond the confines of existing tools and processes to creatively solve deep‑seated customer pain points. Collaborate Deeply: Partner with supply chain experts, business planners, engineers, and data scientists to define elegant solutions. Lead with Empathy: Conduct research, user interviews, and analysis to understand user needs. Deliver Impact: Shepherd products from concept through launch, ensuring measurable value. Communicate with Clarity: Articulate complex technical concepts to all audiences. Your story Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast‑paced, technical environment with a track record of shipping successful products. Deep experience in supply chain or related domains. Vendor management expertise and technical fluency. Creative problem‑solving, collaboration, strategic mindset. Bonus: familiarity with Anaplan.
