职位概况 客房管家需按照维京外展中国市场专业服务标准（VRC PSO ），确保船上最佳的清洁度、秩序和卫生状况，为我们的客人带来最大的满意度。 职位内容 • 客人洗衣的正确接受与分发• 分配、管理和交还维京游轮制服• 在登船日，保证运作顺畅• 确保清洁部提供无可挑剔的清洁和秩序• 积极协助客舱清洁及洗衣职责• 按照公司标准和危害分析和关键控制点（HACCP）规则操作• 确保定期保养船上的植物和花卉• 派送每日日程，礼品订单和夜床服务• 开始和结束巡航季时，准备开船和闭船事宜• 激励和培训客房服务团队（5 ‐13 名员工负责洗衣、客舱及公共场所的员工）• 监督客房服务团队的工作和职责• 替代客房服务员（例如假日期间）• 参与载荷• 控制清洁成本在预算范围内• 与酒店经理合作库存订货• 正确货存量；建立标准水平• 按照公司程序盘点库存• 积极联络和招呼客人任职资格 • 有酒店行业相关的教育学历• 至少三年在相同或相似职位的专业经验• 有国际/船上行业工作经验者优先• 精通普通话和流利的英语技能，会说其它语言者优先• 以服务为导向，以客为本，注重细节• 优秀的管理、组织和沟通能力• 个性积极，专业的外表• 灵活、抗压能力强，有团队合作精神，信守承诺 PURPOSE OF POSITION You ensure optimal cleanliness, order and hygiene onboard to the fullest satisfaction of our guests in accordance with Viking China Outbound Standards. ASSIGNMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES • Correct receipt and distribution of guest laundry• Distribution, control and return of the Viking River Cruises uniforms• Ensuring a smooth operation on a embarkation day• Ensuring impeccable cleanliness and order within the housekeeping department• Active assistance with stateroom cleaning and laundry duty• Operation of procedures according to company standards and HACCP rules• Ensuring regular care of plants and flowers onboard• Distribution of daily program, gift orders and turndown services• Preparation of opening and closing ships at start and end of season• Motivation and training of housekeeping team (5 -13 members in laundry, staterooms, public areas)• Supervision of housekeeping team and operation of its duties and responsibilities• Replacement of Stateroom Steward (e.g. during holiday time)• Participation in loading• Cost control for housekeeping within budget• Stock ordering in cooperation with Hotel Manager• Correct storage of stock; establishing of par levels• Inventory according to company procedures• Active liaison & socializing with guestsQUALIFICATION PROFILE • Graduated education in hotel industry• Min. 3 years professional experience in same position• International experience / experience onboard a ship is an asset• Excellent Mandarin and Fluent in English, other languages are an asset Service oriented and guest focused, attention to detail• Excellent management, organizational and communication skills• Positive personality, professional appearance• Flexibility and stress resistance, team player, commitment
