But it's always about your preferences, true to our motto: Make it your journey We're looking for you to join our team in Geneva TLNT1_CH Your tasks Care for and develop existing customers while actively acquiring new clients Plan and execute sales-promoting measures, including sales trips and telemarketing campaigns, with a focus on measuring success Represent the hotel (all genders) at local fairs and events, as well as during product presentations and client occasions Participate in sales analyses, identify market opportunities, and create actionable plans Conduct pricing and contract negotiations with event, congress, and incentive agencies to secure group and event contracts, as well as strategic framework agreements Your profile Completed vocational training in hospitality or a comparable degree with relevant professional experience in B2 B sales Comprehensive understanding of the challenges and needs of the hotel industry, particularly in the business travel market Strong customer orientation and high initiative to implement own ideas Excellent negotiation skills combined with exceptional communication abilities Proficient in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage Benefits Attractive employee rates in our hotels Corporate benefits Extensive training opportunities, e.g., through our e Learning platform Cross-training opportunities Support association & social day Christmas & holiday bonuses Capital-forming benefits Anniversary payment Germany Ticket Health promotion
