Treasury Expert with Risk Management Focus

We're seeking an experienced Treasury Expert to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to mitigate financial risks, including liquidity, investments, foreign exchange exposures, and interest rate risks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Risk identification, assessment, evaluation, and scenario analysis/stress testing
  • Developing response strategies and reporting to stakeholders
  • Improving client treasury management systems and implementing new solutions
  • Advanced data analytics and reporting using tools like Excel, Python, or similar software
  • Project management and client engagement, including timeline management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in banking or consulting, with a strong understanding of treasury operations, balance sheet management, funding, and financial risk management
  • Excellent analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior management
  • Strong project management and business analysis skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • A Master's degree in Business, Business Mathematics, Finance, or a related field, with relevant certifications in risk management, finance, or treasury
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment

We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits and a supportive work environment. Our estimated salary range for this role is CHF 80,000 - 110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
