About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pastry Arts Educator to join our team at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled culinary professional to deliver high-quality academic and hands-on training in pastry arts to our bachelor students. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing our pastry curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and equips students with valuable knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert-level pastry arts training to students through lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of our pastry curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and aligned with industry requirements.
  • Mentor and supervise students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Evaluate student progress through regular feedback and assessments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to HACCP standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in pastry arts, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining establishment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Previous teaching or training experience in a culinary school or similar international educational setting.
  • Fluent level of English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
