Les Roches Crans-Montana seeks a highly qualified Pastry Instructor to join our team in Crans-Montana, Switzerland.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for teaching and mentoring to lead our pastry arts program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

About You:

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or a related field and have at least 5 years of professional experience in pastry arts, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining establishment. Previous teaching or training experience in a culinary school or similar international educational setting is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality academic and hands-on training in pastry arts to bachelor students
  • Create and organize the pastry production in a learning environment
  • Mentor, supervise, and motivate students and guide them in their development as individuals and as a brigade
  • Evaluate students through regular feedback based on practical and academic criteria and maintain student records
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, applying HACCP standards
  • Ensure the production of high-quality pastries

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of CHF 60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, paid holidays, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
