Key Responsibilities- Lead ESG Reporting Exercises: Develop and implement annual sustainability reporting plans, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Maintain Sustainability Metrics: Establish and maintain a robust system for tracking and reporting sustainability metrics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Engage with ESG Rating Agencies: Collaborate with ESG rating agencies to ensure accurate and transparent reporting, and to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in sustainability reporting standards.
- Develop Supporting Data and Documentation: Collect and analyze data to support sustainability reporting requirements, and manage internal or third-party validation and verification of sustainability data.
- Plan Community and CSR Activities: Develop and implement an annual plan for community and CSR activities, including stakeholder engagement and developing supporting materials and presentations.
- 7+ Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in sustainability, with at least 5 years in non-financial reporting.
- Deep Understanding of ESG Reporting Standards: Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards and regulations, with relevant training in GRI.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading or contributing to global corporate reporting exercises based on GRI, CDP, Ecovadis.
- Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior Written Communication Skills: Superior written communication skills in English.
