Your responsibilities will include handling meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes, as well as making travel arrangements and collecting information for meetings and presentations. You will also be responsible for recording meeting minutes, chasing responses, and maintaining records of contacts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an international corporate environment, collaborating with a motivated team and contributing to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead meeting schedules, including organizing single meetings and managing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up items
* Maintain calendar, manage expenses, and perform further administrative tasks for the Business Group Head
* Arrange travel plans, travel agendas, and provide support in the case of changes
* Assist with presentations, reports, and internal communication
* Support the Management Team where needed
* Global Travel Management for the Rieter group
* Act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with the global executive assistants' team
* Plan, lead, and manage smaller projects and events
* Handle confidential information professionally

Requirements:

* Commercial apprenticeship with a functionally related further education or bachelor's degree in business administration
* Previous direct executive support of min. 5 years in multinational company in the position as Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar
* Experience in other commercial functions is a plus
* Proficient in communication- and office technologies, particularly MS Powerpoint and MS Teams
* Ability to navigate in an international corporate environment
* Experienced with calendar management and travel scheduling and booking
* Ability to write minutes and corresponding to-do lists
* Ability to recognize where processes can be improved, and the initiative to improve them
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels and departments within the organization
* Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and German
