Job Description

FICOBA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Back Office Forex team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our cash and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing transactions, including cash management, levelling, and netting.
  • Cash Management: Ensure accurate and timely cash management of nostro positions, including maintenance of SSI and controls on queues for swifts and swift rejections.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for FX-MM-Fid, CLS (GTMatch, GTExchange), and other financial operations.
  • Decision Making: Make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular statistics and reports to monitor day-to-day operations and quality services.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a Back-Office Money Function, with previous experience in leading a Back Office Forex and Cash Team.
  • Language: Fluent in French and English.
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of payment applications like Swift and SIC, as well as Funds Transfer Payments.
