Splunk, a Cisco company, is committed to helping organizations make better decisions by providing real-time visibility into their operations. As a Business Growth Advocate, you'll play a critical role in driving customer success and delivering high-value outcomes across Switzerland.

Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining deep customer relationships, collaborating with sales reps, technical success engineers, and solution engineers to develop onboarding strategies for our largest and most strategic customers, and working with leaders to develop enterprise-level customer success plans and Splunk roadmaps for successful onboarding and value realization of all their products and services.

We're looking for someone with a strong sense of self-motivation, curiosity about what "is possible" with technology, and the desire to work with an outstanding positive team. You'll need to have a track record of delivering technology-based outcomes within enterprise accounts in the Technology Sector and experience operating in the fields of Cybersecurity, IT Operations or Observability.
