As a Director of Customer Value, you'll play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives with our largest customers. You'll partner with C-level executives to guide them through their digital transformation journey and ensure they achieve their business goals.
The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of success in digital transformation initiatives. You'll have a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
Your expertise will help us unlock new opportunities and drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering compelling case studies and success stories to showcase the value of our products and services.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and German.
