Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our dynamic team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will have full exposure to a fast-growing company and a high learning environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist in digital marketing initiatives to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.
  • Shared Inbox Triage: Manage shared inboxes efficiently to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Interview Coordination: Help coordinate interviews with candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Assist in managing team calendars and schedules to optimize productivity and minimize conflicts.
  • Document Organization: Organize documents in appropriate folders for easy access and maintenance.
  • Team Support: Provide general support to the team to ensure seamless collaboration and workflow.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A finance or business-related degree from an accredited institution.
  • Fluency in German and English languages.
  • A Swiss B-Permit or EU/Swiss citizenship.
  • An interest in startup and entrepreneurship.
  • Recent graduation or current enrollment in a related field.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
