Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales professional to lead our sales efforts and close high-value deals. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of financial services and investment instruments, as well as a proven track record of success in sales and deal structuring.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value investment opportunities
- Stay updated on market trends and economic conditions to spot new sales opportunities
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for the company
- Evaluate and manage risks associated with new deals
- Track and report sales performance, ensuring targets are met
- Prepare and present compelling investment proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of financial services and investment instruments
- University degree in business, economics, or finance
- Willingness to travel within Europe for client and team meetings
- Over 10 years of experience in sales, deal structuring, or credit origination
- Experience in one of the following areas: refinancing of leasing, bridge financing for Real Estate or refinancing of Renewable Assets
- Familiarity with Northern and Central Eastern Europe
- Proven ability to close high-value deals
- Strong customer-centric focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior analytical skills to evaluate financial data and trends
