Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at OK Job SA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of technicians to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the budget for maintenance supplies and services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the microelectronics industry.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of 5S, 8D, FMEA, and other quality control methodologies.
