Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Director to join our team at OK Job SA.

Main Responsibilities
  • Enhance Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Oversee the preventive and predictive maintenance of equipment to ensure safety, timely completion, and efficiency.
  • Analyze Equipment Performance: Conduct regular performance analysis through PDCA methodology, identifying key characteristics in collaboration with the Process Team.
  • Lead 8Ds and Task Forces: Oversee 8Ds and task forces as necessary, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage Technicians Team: Lead the technicians team in terms of safety, organization, staffing, behavior, and team building in a positive social climate.
  • Develop Skills and Know-How: Develop skills and increase know-how for each collaborator and the Maintenance Team.
  • Maintain Documentation: Maintain and update documentation in line with the Quality System.
  • Ensure Clear Communication: Ensure clear and structured communication throughout the maintenance group and within the IC Front-End organization.
  • Collaborate with Suppliers: Proactively work with suppliers, tracking actions, and conducting recurrent interviews to maintain continuous support and efficiency.
  • Provide Technical Inputs: Offer technical inputs on new equipment acquisitions and manage start-up and integration into IC Front-End Operations.
  • Conduct Technological Watch: Perform a technological watch through documentation and exhibitions to improve maintenance efficiency and manufacturing performance.
Requirements
  • HES/MASTER Engineering Degree: Possess a HES/MASTER engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Leadership/Management Training: Hold leadership/management training and certification.
  • Maintenance Experience: Min. 7 years of maintenance experience in microelectronics, especially in implant-metal areas.
  • Managerial Experience: Min. 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in French and English.
  • Problem-Solving Attitude: Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude.
  • Organized and Methodical: Be organized and methodical.
  • Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with equipment, FDC (Maestria), and other relevant tools.
  • Teamwork and Stress Management: Possess excellent teamwork and stress management capabilities.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Experience in dealing and collaborating with external suppliers.
  • Project Management: Project management experience.
